The story of Southland City Church continues to be full of miracles and moments where God blows all of our expectations out of the window.  Seven years ago we started as a church plant in Apple Valley meeting at Dunn Bros Coffee Shop, then Falcon Ridge Middle School, then to our home for the last 4 years, Lakeville North High School.  It has been an incredible ride and we have absolutely loved being able to partner with our community while meeting in a school. But we knew that eventually, Southland was going to need a home.

For the past two years we have been searching and raising money through our VISION FUND to find a permanent home for our church.  We have searched high and low throughout our entire community, looking for a place to call home that was big enough for the vision we knew God was calling us to.  During those two years we made offers on several buildings where God ultimately closed the door because He knew there was something better for us.

This spring, a conversation sparked this six-month process to where we now have experienced another miracle in our church.  We now are in our new home on the corner of Cedar and Dodd in Lakeville after purchasing a 42,000 sq ft building sitting on 16 acres at the crossroads of one of the busiest intersections in our city!  This really does feel like the Israelites crossing over into the Promised Land as 7 years have passed with no place to call home, God has made a way and we are HERE TO STAY!

We would love to see you at one of our services at 9:00 & 10:45 in our new home
